A YOUTH involved in antisocial behaviour was made to clean streets.
This was done as part of a community resolution scheme that aims to deter young people from taking part in undesirable behaviour and from repeating it in the future.
Police officers were in the Seaton area where the young person was made to take part in the community work, under their supervision.
Recently, several young people have been made to do work like litter picking which acts as a punishment and deterrent for their antisocial activity.
A Cumbria Police spokesperson said: "PCSO 5421 and PC 3128 have been in the area of Seaton this evening conducting a community resolution with a youth responsible for anti-social behaviour at a nearby property. Roads cleared and a lesson learned."
