A MAN has appeared in court accused of burglary with intent to steal.
Ricky Rayson, 35, is accused of entering a property in Workington as a trespasser with intent to steal. The offence is alleged to have taken place on May 25.
Rayson, of Arlecdon Road, Frizington, appeared at Workington Magistrates Court on Tuesday.
The case was sent to Carlisle Crown Court for trial. A plea and trial preparation hearing will be held there on June 26.
Rayson was granted bail with conditions not to contact a named woman, or go to a number of named streets in Workington. He must also live and sleep at the same address each night.
