A brewery worker injured in an explosion is making positive strides in his recovery but still has a "long road ahead of him".
Leigh, who was severely injured on May 13 after an explosion at Tractor Shed Brewing, is currently still in hospital.
In a statement on social media, Tractor Shed Brewing issued a grateful response to the "continued support" and love shown towards their injured employee.
"Thank you for your continued support and for the love shown to our employee Leigh," a spokesperson said.
"He is still in hospital and has a long road to recovery ahead of him.
"The hospital are reducing his sedation and he has been nodding to questions posed by the medical team.
"His mum played a video of his beloved Taco and he could hear her barking which is fab.
"As for the brewery, we're taking each day as it comes and actually managed to brew again today for the first time.
"Once again, thank you for your support, we really do appreciate it," they said.
