The TV cameras returned to Cumbria this week in the latest episode of Channel 5's new show.
'Cumbria: The Lakes and Coast' aired for the first time last week, and was once again on our screens on Wednesday night.

The five-part series is celebrating the beauty and the people of the county, and stopped off in Flookburgh to start the episode.
There, the King's Guide to Morecambe Sands - Michael Wilson - showed what work goes into ensuring the bay is safe for users, including a group of 30 horses and riders.
Michael said: "It's about the privilege of the job and the thrill it gives people to see the bay from a different aspect."
In Windermere, viewers were introduced to Jeffrey and Charlotte Schooler, two street food chefs who have been combining their Jamaican and Cumbrian roots.
The second episode follows their attempts as they look to create a new dish for the Westmorland Show - a vegetable curry using roots found in Cumbria.
"We got stuck here because this place was amazing," Jeffrey explained.
"I arrive in the Lakes and see all the walks and the hills, and I've never seen anything like it - I couldn't believe how beautiful it was."

Over in Buttermere, a tradition from the 18th century was being kept alive as Sarah Harper introduced viewers to hound trailing.
The cameras follow her trusty dog Rosie as she traverses the hills of the Lake District in a hotly contested race.
Sarah said: "It's something I was lucky to be born into really, I couldn't imagine my life without them."
Whitehaven couple Mark and Julie Bedford showed off their skills in repairing classic boats and yachts, a business they started back in 2012 to link the area more closely to its heritage.
"Being up in the Lake District and Whitehaven, I wouldn't want to be anywhere else," Julie commented.
And, to finish off the episode, we arrive in the market town of Ulverston, where church pastor Mervyn Bedford is looking to upstage his previous submission in the lantern parade.
But will his grasshopper be ready in time for the festivities?
