Armathwaite Hall Hotel in the Lake District will host another yoga retreat this October after the first was deemed a success.
The retreat, in collaboration with yogi expert Jodi Hollie, will take place from October 3 to October 5.
The two-night programme, crafted by Ms Hollie and Armathwaite Hall's wellness expert Lucy Dunn, aims to help guests disconnect from modern life.
Ms Hollie said: "As women, we often prioritise the needs of others.
"Yoga provides a space to focus inward, reduce stress, and improve overall well-being."
The retreat includes daily yoga sessions, mindful walks, spa treatments, and group meals.
Prices for the retreat are £450 per person for non-residents and £895 per person for resident rooms.
Guests can expect to leave feeling 'refreshed, renewed, and inspired to integrate newfound peace and well-being into their daily life'.
