A piece of land in the Lake District has been advertised for sale on Rightmove.
The patch of farmland at Bassenthwaite is listed with a guide price of £15,000.
This works out at a cost of around 45p per square foot.
Situated to the southeast of the hamlet of Bassenthwaite, the land is approximately eight miles away from the town of Keswick.
The 0.77 acres is brought to the market by Property Experts, Edwin Thompson, who describe the site as a productive block of grazing land.
The listing said the land may be suitable for a variety of uses including regenerative agriculture, carbon offsetting and tree planting subject to obtaining the relevant consents.
