Workington is set to usher in the festive season with its annual Christmas Festival and Light Switch-On, a day filled with live entertainment, festive activities, and opportunities to support local businesses and community groups.
Taking place on Saturday, November 30, this year’s event promises headline performances, family-friendly attractions, and festive shopping.
What to Expect
Main Stage on Udale Street – Headline Act: 911
The festival’s Main Stage, located on Udale Street, will feature live entertainment throughout the day, culminating in a headline performance by iconic 90s pop group 911, known for their chart-topping hits and high-energy shows.
Carnegie Theatre & Arts Centre
The Carnegie Theatre and Arts Centre will host a variety of family-friendly attractions, including:
