A Maryport care home is offering free festive fitness and singing sessions to the community.
Riverside Court Care Home is opening its Magic Moments activities programme to the public for the first time.
This includes live online sessions with 'danceSing', where experts lead singing and movement classes.
The free sessions are available to families, community groups, and individuals.
'Movement with Natalie' starts on November 29 at 11am, with gentle exercises.
'Singing with Alan', featuring festive songs, will take place on December 6, 13, and 20 at 11am.
Home Manager Sarah Nicholson said: "They are so uplifting and really good fun, and we hope lots of people will tune in to the free festive-themed sessions that are running in the lead up to Christmas."
People can join on a PC, laptop, iPhone, or iPad by visiting magicmomentsportal.com/communitysessions when the sessions begin.
Each session lasts about half an hour.
