Harrington Sea Angling Club's latest match was held at Crosscanonby on Saturday.
Ten anglers struggled to find anything other than the reliable dogfish, with 23 being recorded.
Jonathan Charlton won and was the only angler to add another fish to his three dogfish limit; a bass for a total bag of 6 lb 3½oz.
Alan Hill and Geoff Armstrong tied for heaviest fish with dogfish of 2 lb 2 ounce.
The match was also the second leg of the knockout round two, with Eddie Richardson, Simon Hogan, Brian Holliday and Jonathan Charlton progressing to the semi-finals.
